Аннотация Показано воздействие высоких концентраций сырой нефти 100, 300, 500 мг/л с месторождения «Нефтяные камни» на клетки жаберной ткани куринского сазана. Нарушения были отмечены как в состоянии первичных ламелл, так и в организации вторичных ламелл. В зависимости от концентрации и экспозиции, наиболее ранними сдвигами в организации жаберной ткани были отрыв дыхательного эпителия от кровеносного комплекса вторичных ламелл, что приводило к геморрагии в жабрах и увеличение числа эпителиальных клеток. Кроме того, наиболее общие нарушения: гипертрофия эпителиальных клеток, разрыв целостности эпителиальной оболочки ламелл, телангиэктазия, стасис (аневризм).
